International Darts Tour of the Lowlands

The International Darts Tour of the Lowlands (IDTL) consists of 6 tournaments (3 in Holland and 3 in Belgium) with ranking points for the WDF and BDO ranking. Furthermore there is an International Darts Tour of the Lowlands ranking, where no. 1 till 4 of the men and the no. 1 of the ladies will be placed for the Zuiderduin Masters.

Zuiderduin Masters stops cooperation IDTL
The promoters of the only world top darts event, the Zuiderduin Masters, announce that directly they stop with the cooperation with the group of the International Darts Tour of the Lowlands. For the IDTL Group the promoters of the Zuiderduin Masters had offered 5 places for the Zuiderduin Masters 2010. 4 Places for the top 4 men of the rankings of the IDTL and one for the best lady of these rankings. These IDTL rankings are based on the sic events of the IDLT. However the Didam International Open and the Tops of Holland stepped out of the group. Beside this the promoters of the Zuiderduin Masters cannot find themselves in the way the remaining group of the IDTL operates. This is the reason the promoters of the Zuiderduin Masters had to make this decision. The meaning of the promoters of the Zuiderduin Masters is the way the group of the IDTL operates is no good for darts and so move away from this group. The goal of the top 24 darts event, the Zuiderduin Masters is to promote the sport of darts as well national as international. To participate longer with this group will affect serious damage on the image of the Zuiderduin Masters, highly recommended by all darts players and darts spectators For this Year the promoters will stand for the offer, and players will be invited based on the results of the 4 already played events of the IDTL. For Zuiderduin Masters 2011 the promoters will consider how to divide the 5 available wildcards for the Zuiderduin Masters.
